2. Writing Address
Write the recipient’s address. Look at the sample address:
Usually the address starts with the recipient’s name. However, if the name if not provided, you can write the recipient’s address with his / her designation.

Follow the Order
The doctor > department > hospital is the right order below. The Emergency Department is in the hospital and the doctor is in the Emergency Department.

Punctuation Marks
- Generally we do not put a comma or full stop at the end of the address lines.
- However, this is not an error.

Capitalization…
“Capitalization” refers to starting a word with a capital letter. Most of the main words in the address section should be capitalized, except smaller words like in, at, a, an, the, etc.
